Remuneration: In accordance with Queensland Baptist guidelines
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
An intimate growing relationship with God
Passionate about seeing the younger generations transformed by God’s love and equipped to step into all God has for them
Excellent skills in developing and equipping leaders and teams
Will need to work well with the broader church staff and ministry leaders and have strong communication skills across generations
A willingness to work in the broader ministry of the church
POSITION DESCRIPTION:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a culture that aligns with the values and culture of Hope Community Church.
Oversee spiritual growth of youth and young adults
Develop leaders and teams, and at times equip parents, carers and families.
Oversee pastoral care of youth, young adults, and their families.
Develop vision & strategy to accomplish the objectives of the ministry.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
A relevant qualification in ministry is preferred but not essential
Prior church-based work is essential
Pastoral credentials/accreditation are desirable but not essential
OTHER:
We encourage the teamwork of married couples where applicable
